Enrolment for the site access training

Fennovoima arranges Site access training in Pyhäjoki weekly and bimonthly in Salmisaari, Helsinki.

Before enrolling in the course, please ensure that your employer has recorded the following information to Fennovoima's Sitemanager system. Please note that employee is allowed to participate to the training when a self-quarantine period has ended, more information on the web page of Finnish institute for health and welfare. You can find more instructions about training-related COVID-19 restrictions at the end of this page. 

Training schedule and instruction for enrolling

Site Access Training in Pyhäjoki

Site access training in Finnish takes place on Tuesdays from 9 am to 11 am. As an exception, during July Site access training in Finnish takes place on Wednesdays from 11 am to 1 pm.

Site access training in English takes place on Tuesdays from 11 am to 1 pm. As an exception, the training on Tuesday 3 August has been rescheduled to Thursday 5 August from 9 am to 11 am. 

RAOS OHSE induction training (duration: 30 min) for FH1 Construction site is conducted after Fennovoima Site access training. Training is required if you need access in the RAOS construction site. 

Site Access Refresh Training in Pyhäjoki

Site Access Training needs to be refreshed every third year. Site Access Refresh Training occur minimum once a month in Finnish and in English. 

Site Access Refresh Training in Finnish:

Starting from August 2021 on Wednesdays at 12 pm - 2 pm on the following dates: 11.8., 25.8., 8.9., 22.9., 6.10., 20.10., 3.11., 17.11., 1.12., 15.12. and 29.12. 

Site Access Refresh Training in English:

Starting from August 2021 on Thursdays at 12 pm - 2 pm on the following dates: 12.8., 26.8., 9.9., 23.9., 7.10., 21.10., 4.11., 18.11., 2.12., 16.12. and 30.12. 

If the participant doesn't speak Finnish or English, he/she needs to have a translator with him/her. In these cases, please contact [email protected] before you enroll in the training.

The site access training takes place at Fennovoima's training building, which is located on the Hanhikivi peninsula at Hanhikiventie 340, FI-86110 Parhalahti, Finland.

Participants should arrive at the training building at least 5–10 minutes before the training is scheduled to begin. Please bring with you a valid proof of identification.

Enroll at the latest two workdays before the training course with Fennovoima's safety organization at [email protected]. Advance enrollment is required for all participants.


Site access training in Helsinki

Site access training courses for the Hanhikivi 1 site occur once every other month at Salmisaari, Helsinki.

Site Access Training in Finnish:

On Mondays at 10 am - 12 pm on the following dates: 9.8., 11.10., 8.11. and 13.12.  

Site Access Training in English: 

On Mondays at 10 am - 12 pm on the following dates: 23.8., 27.9., 25.10., 22.11.and 20.12.

In Helsinki, the site access training courses are arranged at the Fennovoima head office in Salmisaari, address Salmisaarenaukio 1, FI-00180 Helsinki, Finland. Participants should arrive at least 10 minutes before the training is scheduled to begin. Please bring with you a valid proof of identification.

COVID-19 restrictions

Pyhäjoki (updated 20.5.2021)

  • Maximum number of participants is 19 + trainer.
  • You shouldn’t participate in the training in case you have any flu symptoms or if you are feeling sick.
  • Please, keep the social distance and take care of hand hygiene before and after the training.
  • We recommend to use face mask all the time when moving in the lobby and the training venue.
